How is my order delivered?
Orders are delivered via UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air services within the continental United States and Canada. USPS also delivers to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses.

Ordering from bluerosepottery.com is simple and fast. Simply browse our store for items and set up an account to order. After ordering, you will receive a UPS tracking number. You can get the status of your shipment on their web site, www.ups.com. or click the "order tracking" link at the top of the page to view your order history, order status and tracking number. You can also view this information from your account page once you are logged in.
How do I determine what my shipping & handling will be?
For most orders, shipping will be determined automatically during the checkout process.
How do I know when my order will arrive?
Customers receiving merchandise on the East Coast should receive their order in 3-5 business days; Midwest, 5-7 business days; West Coast, 7-10 business days. All continental United States and Canada addresses may track progress via www.ups.com. All other orders should take 10-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
Blue Rose is proud to be your source for Polish pottery — we are passionate about providing unmatched customer service and want you to be satisfied with each and every purchase. Because of the unique, handmade nature of our pottery, consistency in pattern and form may vary slightly. However, should your pottery arrive damaged, please keep all the original packing materials and contact us within 10 business days from receipt of your order. You may choose to have Blue Rose either refund your money, issue a store credit or replace the item. All other exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.

What if my shipment or part of my shipment is damaged?
If your pottery arrives damaged, contact us within 10 business days from receipt of order. Keep all original materials. We will refund your money or send you a replacement, whichever you prefer. Please keep in mind that this pottery is handmade, so there are no "perfect" pieces and the patterns may differ very slightly from piece to piece. You have our guarantee that you will be shipped the best quality possible.
Is the Blue Rose Pottery warehouse open to the public for shopping?
Yes, our warehouse at 1683 Katy Lane, Fort Mill, SC is open to the public for shopping Monday through Saturday from 10-5. The prices are the same as at our other retail locations but we have more selection at our warehouse.
What are the directions to the warehouse location?
We are located at Exit 85 off of Interstate 77, 2 miles west on Route 160 in the Fort Mill Business Center.
