What is your return policy?
Blue Rose is proud to be your source for Polish pottery — we are passionate about providing unmatched customer service and want you to be satisfied with each purchase. Because of the unique, handmade nature of our pottery however, consistency in pattern and form may vary - our guarantee covers the functionality of the pottery only. Exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. To return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed with your order and return to 1549 Cherry Rd Rock Hill, SC 29732. Shipping and handling and return postage charges will be refunded only if the return is a result of our error. Note there is an additional shipping charge for exchange shipping and a restocking fee of 20% for all returns valued at $150 or more.
What if my items arrive broken?
Please send a photo of the damaged item, the packaging, and your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org, or through our chat. We ask that you report all damages within 10 days of receipt. After photos are sent, a replacement or refund will be issued.
What is the rewards program?
Earn points for every purchase that can be redeemed in dollar off coupons! The more you spend the more you earn and are good for one year after receipt. Rewards are automatically assigned to the email address you use on purchases; you just need to make sure you are signed in or have created an account to see them at checkout. How do I use my Rewards?
To use your rewards points, make sure you are signed into a Blue Rose Pottery account. If you have not created one you will need to in order to see them at checkout. During checkout on the shipping page where you select your shipping method, there will be a dropdown menu where you can select and apply the reward you want to use! Only one reward can be redeemed per order, but they can be combined with our daily discount codes.
My password is not working.
On the login page, there will be a ‘forgot password’ button. This will email you a link to reset your password. Make sure to check your junk mail in case it goes there. If you do not get the email, then you will need to create an account. You can receive our rewards program emails without ever having made an account. Call customer service at 866-831-8066 if you are still having issues.
How do I get your daily discounts?
Our sales change every day to every couple of days. Sign up for our email newsletter, text alerts, or follow us on Facebook to see the daily code. Discounts are not automatic; the code must be entered in the promo code box on the order summary page when checking out.
How do I unsubscribe from your emails?
At the bottom of our promotional emails, there is a button to unsubscribe. To unsubscribe from our text alerts, just reply STOP. Once your email has been removed, you will need to contact us if you want to be added again for privacy reasons.
How do I know when my order will arrive?
Customers receiving merchandise on the East Coast should receive their order in 3-5 business days; Midwest, 5-7 business days; West Coast, 7-10 business days. All other orders should take 10-14 business days.

What if the item I want it out of stock?
It is a process to import new pottery! The factories send us pieces as they can make them, and the items go through many checkpoints before arriving by air or sea. COVID and a shortage of transport has affected production times. Sign up for the waitlist on the item you want, and we will send you an email once it is back in stock! We can provide time estimates on request. Thank you for your patience!
Are your packing peanuts recyclable?
Yes! Blue Rose Pottery is committed to shipping your items with the best care while being as environmentally friendly as possible. All our packaging and materials are recycled, and our peanuts are made of cornstarch, so they are 100% compostable.
How do I care for my Polish pottery?
After removing pottery from the refrigerator, bring to room temperature before placing in a conventional or microwave oven. Place a small amount of water in baking piece when cooking chicken and other fatty foods. Do not place stoneware on direct heat, in the broiler, or under a microwave browning element. After washing, make sure the pottery is totally dry before placing in the oven or microwave as any moisture left in the pottery will cause cracking. Do not place hot dishes on a wet surface or handle with a wet cloth. The hot dish may break when touching the colder water. When warming in the microwave, use the stoneware piece that best fits the portion size. This way, all items will heat evenly and not cause "hot spots" in your stoneware that could lead to crazing and cracking.
Is the Blue Rose Pottery warehouse open to the public for shopping?
No, our warehouse at 1549 Cherry Road, Rock Hill, SC is closed to the public. We offer curbside pickup M-F 9 am-5pm.
