Customers receiving merchandise on the East Coast should receive their order in 3-5 business days; Midwest, 5-7 business days; West Coast, 7-10 business days. All continental United States and Canada addresses may track progress via www.ups.com. All other orders should take 10-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
Blue Rose is proud to be your source for Polish pottery — we are passionate about providing unmatched customer service and want you to be satisfied with each and every purchase. Because of the unique, handmade nature of our pottery however, consistency in pattern and form may vary - our guarantee covers the functionality of the pottery only. If your pottery arrives damaged, please keep all the original packing materials and contact us within 10 business days from receipt of your order. You may choose to have Blue Rose either refund your money, issue a store credit or replace the item. Exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. To return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed with your order and return via UPS Ground or insured parcel post. Shipping and handling and return postage charges will be refunded only if the return is a result of our error. Note there is an additional shipping charge for exchange shipping and a restocking fee of 20% for all returns valued at $150 or more.

If your pottery arrives damaged, contact us within 10 business days from receipt of order. Keep all original materials. We will refund your money or send you a replacement, whichever you prefer. Please keep in mind that this pottery is handmade, so there are no "perfect" pieces and the patterns may differ very slightly from piece to piece. You have our guarantee that you will be shipped the best quality possible.
Is the Blue Rose Pottery warehouse open to the public for shopping?
Yes, our warehouse at 1549 Cherry Road, Rock Hill, SC is open to the public for shopping Monday through Saturday from 10-5. The prices are the same as at our other retail locations but we have more selection at our warehouse.
What are the directions to the warehouse location?
We are located at Exit 82B off of Interstate 77, 2 miles west on Cherry Road.

We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.
At checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you select your country and attempt to checkout, you will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase and then re-purchase those items from our site on your behalf. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility and they will be forwarded to your international address.
